RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges.

Our return policy terms are as follows:

To arrange a return, or if your item is faulty or incorrect, email  contact@divinehandicrafts.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address
  • Details of the item and reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Return the item within 30 days of contacting us. Include your order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Used or damaged returns will be sent back at your cost.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are not returned within 30 days of approval.

You are responsible for the return until it reaches us. Use a tracked and insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For exchanges, clearly specify the replacement item.

Gift returns will be refunded to the original buyer. Exchanges are allowed, but the buyer will be notified.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return.

For returns from outside the EU, attach a customs declaration marked: “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS”, stating whether items are unwanted or faulty.

FAULTY GOODS

All items are covered by a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. As these are handmade, minor variations may occur.

Tarnishing or discolouration of silver or gold-plated jewellery is not considered a fault. All silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time.

If an item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

    • Gift cards
    • Gift boxes / gift wrap
    • Food and drink items
    • Seconds & Sample Sale items
    • Personalised items
    • Items purchased in bundles or received as free gifts
    • Items showing signs of use (pilling, washing, odours, pet hair)

    This policy follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. Protections may not apply outside the UK. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s User Agreement.
